How it works

Message me with your date, location and what the occasion is. Instagram DM or WhatsApp is fastest.
We plan the look
Reference images, your dress or outfit, the lighting, how long you need it to last. Brides get a full trial.
The day itself
I arrive with everything, on time, with a schedule. You sit down, we talk, and you get up ready.
Booking terms
The small print, said plainly
Nothing here should be a surprise on the day, so it is all stated up front. Anything unusual about your booking, say so early and we will agree it in writing before you commit.
A date is held by a deposit
A 30% deposit secures your date and comes off the final total. Until it arrives the date stays open to anyone else who asks for it. The deposit is non-refundable, because it pays for the date being taken off the market.
The balance is due a week before
You will have the invoice roughly two weeks ahead and the balance is due seven days before the booking. Bank transfer or cash on the day, whichever suits you.
If you need to cancel
More than 30 days ahead, the deposit is retained and there is nothing further to pay. Between 8 and 30 days, 50% of the total. Within 7 days, the full amount — by that point the date cannot realistically be filled again.
If you need to move the date
One change at no cost, provided the new date is free. A second move is treated as a new booking.
If I have to cancel
A full refund including the deposit, and I will contact at least two artists I trust on your behalf. It has not happened yet, and the plan for it exists so that it stays that way.
Travel and timing
Travel inside Amsterdam is included. Anything beyond that, an unusually early start, or a public holiday is quoted before you commit — never added afterwards.

How far in advance should I book?
For weddings, three to six months is comfortable — peak season dates go earlier. For events, a couple of weeks is usually fine, but message me anyway; cancellations happen.
Do you travel to me?
Yes. I’m based in Amsterdam and travel across Europe — on-location is the default for weddings and shoots. Travel inside Amsterdam is included; anything beyond that I’ll quote clearly up front, before you commit to anything.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of faces, the location and how long you need me there — so I quote each booking individually rather than publishing a list that would be wrong for most people. Tell me the date and the occasion and you’ll have a figure in writing, with nothing hidden underneath it.
Do you offer a trial?
Trials are included in every bridal package and available separately for other bookings. It’s the single best way to make sure the day itself holds no surprises.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Tell me before we book. I keep fragrance-free and low-irritant options in the kit and can patch-test at the trial.
Can you do makeup for my whole party?
Yes — bridesmaids, mothers, groomsmen. Group bookings are priced per face and I’ll build a schedule so nobody is sitting around waiting.
What do I need to do beforehand?
Three things: no facial treatments for a week, arrive with a clean face wearing only your usual moisturiser, and come with freshly washed, fully dried hair. The full notes, and why each one matters, are on the preparation page.
